Returns & Exchanges

At Tuckernuck, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your order date for items in original condition. Please note that a small return shipping fee may apply, while exchanges and returns for store credit are always complimentary.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Select Items

  Choose the items you wish to return or exchange and indicate the reason; for exchanges, select your new size or color immediately to reserve inventory.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags still attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt for your records until your refund is processed.
